Are your items ready to ship or made to order?
Most items are already stitched and ready to ship within 1โ2 business days. Made-to-order embroidery (custom designs) takes up to 5 business days to process before shipping.
Can I add a name or custom text to any item?
Text personalization (name, word, or short phrase) is available on select items and costs an additional $12. It adds up to 2 business days to processing time. We do not offer image or logo customization.
What are your product categories?
Our collection is organized into three themes: Faith (scripture and inspirational designs), Family (names, milestones, and celebrations), and Companions (pet-inspired pieces). We also carry Gift Bundles for a complete gifting experience.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@threethreadcollective.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.
๐ Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Ready-to-ship orders process in 1โ2 business days and typically arrive 5โ7 business days after shipping. Total estimated time from order to delivery is about 6โ9 business days. Personalized orders add up to 2 extra business days; made-to-order embroidery adds up to 5.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. International shipping is not available at this time.
I need this by a specific date โ can you help?
We offer Rush 48 (+$15, 2 business days) and Rush 24 (+$30, 1 business day) upgrades that speed up processing โ but do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If you have a hard deadline, email us at hello@threethreadcollective.com before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
My package shows delivered but I don't have it. What do I do?
Check with neighbors and any secure spots around your home first. If it still can't be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it.
โฉ๏ธ Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Personalized items are final sale. We cannot accept returns due to spelling errors entered at checkout โ please review your text carefully before submitting. If we made a mistake on our end, we'll make it right.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
๐งต Embroidery & Customization
Can I submit a logo or image for embroidery?
No โ customization is text only. We stitch names, words, or short phrases. We do not accept image or logo uploads.
Where is the embroidery placed on sleeves?
Sleeve embroidery is placed on the lower sleeve only due to machine limitations. Upper sleeve placement is not available at this time.
Will you stitch exactly what I type?
Yes โ we stitch exactly what you enter, including capitalization and spacing. Please double-check your spelling and formatting before placing your order, as personalized items are final sale.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about promotions, new drops, and restocks. Rescue adoption supporters also receive a special code โ check the Rescues page for details.
